A lot of people say they're true to size, but I wound up returning my true size (11.5) for a size 11... They fit fine but they're actually still pretty roomy — I'm not slipping around in them, but I can't really get away with the cool open laced look that's so popular. I think I would have even been fine with getting a size 10.5, which is something I've never said before.

Timberland is very transparent about some aspects of the processes they use to source the materials, but at other times, they are very vague. There were also cases where I could not find information on some of their production procedures. Whenever they are unclear or there is a lack of information, it entails bad news because the industry standards of producing the materials they use for their boots are harmful to the environment.

The liner just came loose inside the boot, and I had to cut the boot off my foot. They were comfortable, but they are worthless now. For 200 dollars, it seems like they could have fastened the inside liner a little better.

Timberland

The comfiest boots I've worn! Only downside is that they don't last long on site work house bashing as the sides begin to burst and open up. Ideal for summertime!
