About the brand

Melissa Odabash launched her eponymous luxury swimwear brand in 1999 while working as a model in Italy, inspired by her desire to create swimwear that she herself would want to wear. The American designer quickly gained international recognition when her pieces featured on supermodels Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell, and Victoria's Secret stocked her designs. British Vogue famously dubbed the brand "the Ferraris of the bikini world." The brand is credited with re-introducing high fashion into the swimwear world, offering collections that epitomize glamour and sophistication.
