The cloud memory foam insole is a real thing, and it makes standing in heels much more comfortable than other brands I've tried. The materials feel high-quality right out of the box - the leather is soft, and the construction seems solid.

Despite the 3.8″ stiletto heel, the Kate Boots are incredibly comfortable! Of course, they are a tad tricker to walk in than a block heel, but they are totally doable for extended periods of time and even if you're with children. All Larroudé shoes are made with a comfortable memory foam insole.

I have reached out to them multiple times on multiple platforms, and have either not heard back from them or got the run around that they were looking into it or processing it, but have yet to receive a refund.

Sizing is inconsistent across styles. I'm usually a solid 8, but in some Larroudé styles I needed a 7.5, while in others an 8.5. Some styles have a wider footbed that might feel loose if you have narrow feet.

The price point is high ($200-350) for shoes that sometimes have comfort issues. Customer service can be hit or miss - returns and exchanges seem to be a common complaint based on what I've seen online.
